About our founder
Cora J. Colvin, MBA, CHC
Cora created Colvin Consulting & Coaching, LLC after leaving corporate America in 2020. Exiting corporate America allowed her to pursue her purpose more directly- service to others.
During her time in corporate America, Cora most recently served as the Executive Vice President of Compliance for one of the largest vertically-integrated multi-state cannabis operators in the United States. Prior to that she served as Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer and Chief Privacy Officer for Medline Industries, Inc., the largest privately held manufacturer and distributor of medical supplies and services across the continuum of care with offices in 20 different countries.
Early in her career, Cora spent over three years at Walgreens’ corporate office where she acquired licenses from various regulatory agencies to support all pharmacy operations and assisted with acquiring the first beer, wine, and liquor licenses for their pharmacies across the nation.
Ms. Colvin received a Bachelor Degree in Criminal Justice Administration from Columbia College of Missouri and her Masters of Business Administration with concentration on Leadership from North Park University in Chicago, Illinois. She is also Certified in Healthcare Compliance.
Ms. Colvin has a deep passion for mindful living. She has launched products on Amazon in the area of mindfulness and mindfulness Additionally, in her spare time she enjoys volunteering to support youth programs in her community.
